You don't need a beautiful summer day to enjoy a S'mores Martini. All you need with this drink is your taste buds, and you will be all set. The funny thing is I do not like S'mores, and I am not much of a drinker, but this Martini really has a good flavor and a social drink from time to time is o.k. The infused marshmallow vodka is really what makes this drink. So, if you have to spend a little more for a good brand, I would highly recommend doing so. Smirnoff Fluffed Marshmallow Vodka not only has the fluffed marshmallow taste, but it also has a very settled toasted marshmallow flavor. Trust me, the hint of smoky flavor in the vodka will make you swear that your martini was stirred with a marshmallow roasted over the campfire.
S’mores Martini
4 oz fluffed marshmallow
vodka
1 ounce crème de
cacao
1 teaspoon
chocolate syrup, plus extra for rim
2 tablespoons
Cool Whip
Graham cracker
crumbs
Dip the rim of a
martini glass into chocolate syrup, then into the crushed graham crackers.
Chill glass in freezer until ready to use. Pour vodka, crème de cacao, 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
and Cool Whip into a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into prepared
glass. Garnish with toasted marshmallows.
